Terms of delivery:

 At the moment, we provide the following forms of delivery:

 – courier delivery (only Lutsk).

 – self-pickup (only Lutsk).

 – “Nova poshta” company

 Courier delivery.  The cost of delivery in the city of Lutsk is UAH 50.  Payment for products can be made upon the arrival.

 Pickup  You can also pick up your order by yourself at the following address: 3, Hrushevskogo Avenue, Lutsk. The pick-up point is open: Mon-Sun from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

 Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out by the “Nova Poshta” company according to the carrier’s tariffs.

 Terms of product return:

 If the product has not been opened and the integrity of the packaging is intact, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.  Unfortunately, even the most famous brands are not immune to production failure.  If you find defects, you can return the product of inadequate quality.
